Due to the limited-edition and custom nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for reasons other than product damage or defects.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re committed to making it right. You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.

To start the exchange process:

• Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal - We would need to use a return app in Shopify
• Follow the prompts to upload a photo of the damaged item and complete your request

We do not process exchanges via email unless absolutely necessary.
