Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume seasons (such as book launches or event promos), processing time may extend slightly.



Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer several shipping options at checkout:

  • USPS (Standard Delivery)
  • UPS, FedEx, DHL (Expedited/Premium Options)

Delivery times vary based on the carrier and service selected.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after processing.

For bulk orders or time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend selecting a premium carrier at checkout.



International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries via:

  • UPS International
  • FedEx International
  • DHL Express

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes:
International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, VAT, or taxes that may apply upon arrival in their country. These are not included in the shipping fee charged at checkout. By placing an international order, you agree to cover any additional fees required by your local customs authority.



Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active.

Shipping Disclaimers

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs clearance.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, reshipping fees may apply.
  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes using UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
